Location & Friendly Staff Shine!

Enjoyed a lovely stay with clean rooms, a really good breakfast spread, and a fantastic pool overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly. Conveniently located, a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to town added to the charm, despite a few minor issues with room size.

Relaxing accommodation with absolutely excellent staff at the reception desk and the pool bar. Tasty and marvellous breakfast - plenty of meals. Great food, beautifully maintained and brand-new room with the TV, beautiful views plus balcony.

the shuttle service was limited , and it could have been better. the rooms were bright and clean , the pool area was really good , and the staff were very helpful. 🌊🏖️

Everything was wonderful, great service, stunning location just off bars, restaurants and shops and the market. Plenty of options, lovely food. Beautifully maintained, fine room on the balcony, quiet atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff at all times.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful particularly the gentlemen on reception and the girl in the bar. The room was cleaned everyday and was spotless. Despite the unseasonally bad weather we had a very pleasant stay.

Some rooms feel cramped and could use a freshening up!!! The beach area lacks maintenance, which detracts from the overall experience!!! Better communication on shuttle service would be greatly appreciated!!!

The staff - they were very friendly and helpful. I also had a lovely sea view.

For me, travelling alone and it being end of season, I found the location too quiet and the hotel did not serve meals at night time.

We especially liked our sea view room, beautiful pool, private beach, and walking distance to historic town. The staff was very helpful and professional. They also helped us book our dream horse riding excursion on a beach north of town near Porto Ferro.

Driving directions from airport could have been better since online maps are not great. Thankfully the hotel had signs posted along the main road so we eventually found our way.

The hotel calabona has super friendly staff and great food variety. A lovely outdoor pool area to chill by. It's just a short stroll to the center, and the shuttle service is super handy for getting around!

The tiny balcony limited our enjoyment while the beach was heavenly at sunset.

The hotel was exactually as it is in the brochure we were delighted with the situation of it and the staff were perfect, its so clean, the pool is beautiful, barbecue lunch excellent, could not have falted one thing and definitely booking for next year. Have already been checking date available.

Truly excellent staff, one really felt welcome there. Nice hotel, nice location. 10 minutes easy walking to the center of Alghero. Given its price range, it is an wonderful hotel.

Adjacent beach looks a bit small and not really interesting.

The sea view from our suite was amazing, especially at sunset-such a magical moment! The private beach was a gem, with cozy loungers and complimentary umbrellas. Plus, the restaurant served authentic Sardinian cuisine, and the daily four-course menu was a culinary delight! What more could you ask for?
